Read the full answer →Amanda Duling, MS — Founder, Head Coach, and USA Cycling Certified Coach — directly coaches every participant and leads rider development, bike-confidence education, equipment and fueling guidance, group-ride preparation, and first-event readiness. Coach Roger Williams (USA Cycling Level 3 Certified Coach, owner of Gravelleurs Coaching LLC) is the program's Gravel Skills and On-Course Coach. Amanda and Roger both coach participants and provide complementary expertise. Program leadership maintains current American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
